Varese Expanded

Our Home Plans

Varese Expanded

Like all Comerio Homes, we strive for incorporating details that reflect our creativity and craftsmanship. The Varese Expanded is an ideal example of how we’ve succeeded with this goal.  The 5-bedroom, 4-bath Varese Expanded floor plan is a story ½ home, with 2,920 square feet with a first-floor master suite. We’ve incorporated another bedroom on the main level that’s adjacent to a full bath—ideal for a guest or flex room.  There’s nothing “standard” about this home design, because so many of the included features would be considered upgrades by other builders. The coffered ceiling in the great room, for example. The hall bench with cubbies in the mudroom or the vaulted ceilings throughout are examples of Comerio Homes’ elevated standard for detail and craftsmanship.  The kitchen is another appetizing feature of this home. The oversize island adds both workspace and serving area, and the large, walk-in pantry expands your storage.  The second floor offers 3 more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and private vanities.  You can expand the living space even more with the option to finish the basement. Add 2 more bedrooms, a rec room, and an additional bath.  The Varese Expanded presents so many possibilities. Let us customize it to fit you and your family.
